Family Photo Frame

We needed a Mother's Day gift for Brian's mom and so we headed off to the local craft store to find a starting point. Brian's mom has a large collection of framed photos of her family, so I hope she is able to make some space to add this shadow box to her collection. The central picture is a 5 x 7 of our family taken by my friend Christa - she's a great amateur photographer. The smaller photo is this year's school picture of Sarah. Both photos are mounted on various SU!'s Recollections designer papers (love how those co-ordinate with each other!) and pinned with pearl tip straight pins to the cloth background that came with the frame. I stamped right on the cloth using the Collage alphabet set and Bravo Burgundy ink. I covered the chipboard "f" with another piece from the Recollections and sanded it, then tied a piece of grosgrain around it and inserted another pearl tip pin through the knot. There's a piece of organdy spanning the frame to finish it off. What do you think?
