Round Tab Punch tips
The new Round tab punch in the new Spring mini absolutely intrigues me. I saw it and knew there would be a ton of potential with it. Recently, an American demonstrator posted a few really fun things she's discovered with this punch. Her blog explains it so well that I just have to send you there to see all the amazing ways to use this new punch. Do come back here after taking a peek because I have a few more tips for using this fun new punch!

The paper you see in her tutorial and cards is the bright and wonderful new two sided designer paper, Petals & Paisleys, which is featured in a March special - check out my website for more information about that...
A few more tips with this new punch:
When using the punch to make a tab, try scoring the paper before inserting it in the punch to make it even easier to create cute tabs that can be used with either the curved edge or the straight edge out.
You can create your own bracket-style embellishments with this punch. Slide your cardstock scrap in under just one side of the tab and punch, and then move the paper over a centimetre and punch again to create a trendy and inexpensive bracket for your card or scrapbook page. Let me know if you're not getting it and I'll try to take some pictures to show you what I mean.
Have fun with your punches - there's so much more to do with them than just the obvious!
